When I am not writing about angling, you can often find me working on my pictures or writing children's stories based upon the seaside. I have, for example, designed and printed my own angling T-shirts for several years now but have recently decided to sell these to anyone else that might be interested. During my teaching days, I used to base a lot of my assembly stories on Lenny the Lobster, who 'lived' in a big rockpool close to where I grew up as a child. He was a firm favourite with lots of the children so I have started to write (and illustrate) a series of books based upon his adventures. The first two - 'A Matter of Life and Breath' and 'The Day the Stranger Smiled' - are now available and can be found by clicking on the links below.
